Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP MM/IM Consultant with a strong background in global rollouts, template localization, and S/4HANA conversion or greenfield implementations. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of hands‑on experience in SAP MM/IM processes, excellent client‑facing communication skills in English, and a proven track record supporting full lifecycle SAP projects in complex, multinational environments.

This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, translating business requirements into system solutions, driving process improvements, and ensuring successful deployment of SAP MM/IM functionalities in S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP MM and IM processes within an S/4HANA rollout program.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify localization needs, and adapt global templates for regional deployments.
• Configure and support key MM areas including:
  • Procurement (P2P)
  • Inventory Management
  • Material Master Data
  • MRP, Valuation, and Account Determination
  • Stock Transport Orders (STO)
  • Vendor management and integration with Ariba (nice to have)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including BPMLs, WRICEF specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, integration, EDI/IDoc) to support developments and interfaces.
• Provide expert troubleshooting during rollout waves and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Ensure alignment with global process standards and promote best practices across regions.
• Participate in change management and end‑user training activities.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM/IM Consultant.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA rollouts, either brownfield or greenfield.
• Strong expertise in MM/IM configuration, procurement processes, inventory management, material valuation, and integration with FI/CO.
• Solid understanding of cross-module integration (PP, SD, WM/EWM, FI).
• Experience with global template design, localization, and deployment across multiple countries.
• Fluent English (C1 or above) — able to lead workshops, prepare documentation, and engage with international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional streams in large programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification in MM (e.g., C_TS452 or C_TS450).
• Experience with:
  • Ariba integration
  • EWM or WM
  • Integration with transportation or logistics systems
  • Complex procurement workflows
• Experience working with global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
• Spanish proficiency (optional but beneficial).
