Infosys is seeking Cards & Credits PO - In this role you will be joining our financial services domain consulting team, this is a specialized team with expertise in supporting Banking, Capital Markets, Cards & Payments, Mortgage etc. domain projects. You will be responsible to interface with end-users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather system requirements, apply technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle including requirements elicitation; this opportunity is to be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, Arizona or be willing to relocate to this location. This position may require travel to project locations.

- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in Credit Card Domain, Account onboarding, Card Management, Transaction posting and Management, Fees, Payments and Interest Processing, and Letters & Statements
- Strong experience in SQL, Data Analytics
- Proven track record in managing large, complex products with multiple partners in Credit Cards Domain.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within the organization, internally and externally.
- Proficient knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies and IT project management
- Strong business acumen, problem solving and reasoning skills
- Experience in transforming technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications:- Good to have experience in the skills - Merchant Banking & Collections
- Collaborating and Supporting cross functional teams, work with multiple partners and cross functional teams, prioritize the backlog, develop user stories, and collaborate to deliver on different initiatives
- Work with customers, key partners, and colleagues to define a product vision and strategy that is aligned with the high-level product roadmap
- Translates product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria
- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog consistent with the Outcomes and Product Roadmap and performs story elaboration with the implementation team
- Experience with business analysis tools and visual modelling Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Build value through deep product, functional and application expertise and client manager engagement capabilities.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
