Role: Data Concierge
Core Responsibilities & Purpose:
- Strategic Bridge: Act as the primary contact connecting business stakeholders with technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of incident/support tickets in OPS. Explain basic data flows, and they have understanding where issues can occur in an end to end data flow. Experience addressing data quality issues.
- Translation of Needs: effectively translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for our support engineers to communicate in English including initial incident triaging.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships between non-technical business users and expert technical squads and conduct weekly/monthly SRE meeting across the products. Experience managing multiple Stakeholders.
Language Requirements:- Spanish: Native proficiency is mandatory.
- Portuguese: Preferable not mandate.
- English: Advanced professional working proficiency (implied for corporate communication).
Technical & Domain Expertise:- Cloud Platforms: Demonstrated familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) terminology, architecture, and capabilities.
- Data Visualization: Understanding of Power BI (PBI) workflows and reporting standards.
- Web Applications: Knowledge of web app development lifecycles and user interface concepts.
- Domain Knowledge: Ability to navigate specific business domain terms relative to the beauty or CPG industry (if applicable).
- Important To have: Strong experience on communication with the business, stakeholders, and the technical team. Strong proven leadership experience. Team leadership experience for this position is required. SQL skills are mandatory. GCP experience is preferred but not required. However, cloud expertise is essential—AWS or Azure experience would be acceptable.
