We’re Hiring: Organizational Change Manager (OCM) – Global FI/CO Deployment

Location: Paris, La Défense

Contract: 18-month CDD (Full-Time)

Start Date: Mid-February

Are you passionate about driving transformation and leading change on a global scale? We’re looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to guide a major international ERP rollout and help shape the future of finance and technology.

What You’ll Do

✅ Prepare, support, and guide stakeholders through every stage of transformation

✅ Design and deploy a global change toolkit across multiple geographies

✅ Build executive sponsorship and foster change readiness

✅ Coordinate change activities across countries and business functions

✅ Monitor, measure, and report on the change journey

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

✔ Expertise in change management and global IT solution deployment

✔ Strong management experience

✔ Excellent communication skills in French & English

Nice-to-Have:

➕ Finance/Controlling process knowledge

➕ Experience with large, complex, multi-country ERP rollouts

• A background in management consulting, business transformation, or consulting leadership
• Hands-on experience delivering change projects across multiple countries
• Skills in impact assessment, stakeholder management, and change strategy design
• Strong analytical mindset, flexibility, and initiative
