In the role of Scrum Master, you will be expected to have excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, with all artifacts and techniques. This role will interface with client and will involve coordinating people and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following:

• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
• Experience in planning and coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Experience of working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Ability to coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Experience in guiding teams to higher scrum maturity
• Skills to facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• Scrum Master certified
• Experience leading teams, coaching, and evaluating performance
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) skills are a must.
