Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in TOSCA automation, a solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) within Agile processes, and hands-on experience in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement automated test cases using TOSCA.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand requirements and define test strategies.
· Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for telecom applications.
· Maintain and optimize automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
· Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
· Ensure adherence to STLC best practices and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
Required Skills
· TOSCA Automation: Strong hands-on experience in creating and managing automated test scripts.
· STLC & Agile: In-depth knowledge of testing processes and Agile methodologies.
· Telecom Domain Expertise: Understanding of telecom systems, protocols, and workflows.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in automation testing.
· ISTQB certification (preferred).
Added Advantage
· AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools, machine learning concepts, or AI-based test optimization.
· Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
· Knowledge of API testing and performance testing tools.
