Job description

Role - Associate Consultant
Location - Budapest, Hungary

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis, complex dataset manipulation, and dashboard development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong technical foundation, including LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, SANs, infrastructure management, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and application installation/troubleshooting.
  • Proven Project Management expertise; PMI–Agile Certified Practitioner or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects using Agile principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of network cabling and telephony systems.
Soft Skills
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to solve problems under pressure.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies and dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and conscientiousness.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems integration, or generalist IT roles.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Familiarity with enterprise compliance and risk frameworks.
  • Prior involvement in cross-functional technical initiatives.
