Your Role

To oversee and coordinate multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational goals and deliver strategic value. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to manage resources, timelines, and risks effectively.

•Strategic Planning: Define program objectives and develop roadmaps aligned with business goals.
•Program Execution: Oversee all aspects of assigned programs from initiation through delivery.
•Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between senior leadership and project teams; provide regular updates.
•Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
•Performance Monitoring: Track progress, KPIs, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
•Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across departments and manage interdependencies.
•Continuous Improvement: Drive operational excellence and process optimization.
Required
•Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Proficiency in program/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
•Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
•Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
Preferred
•PMP (Project Management Professional)
•PgMP (Program Management Professional)
•Agile/Scrum Certifications (CSM, SAFe)
