Your role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Fullstack SAP Commerce Lead to lead a team of full-stack developers with deep expertise in SAP Commerce (Hybris) and modern frontend frameworks like Spartacus, React, and Angular. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing clean code, leading technical delivery, and ensuring systems are stable, observable, and scalable. You’ll work across backend and frontend layers, drive technical excellence, and take ownership of incident resolution, problem management, analytics, and debugging in complex commerce environments.


Must Have:

Fullstack Development

• Strong knowledge of Spartacus storefront and frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Solid experience in Java, Spring, and SAP Commerce extensions (OCC APIs, Backoffice, CronJobs, ImpEx).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and responsive UI development.
• Experience integrating SAP Commerce with external systems (ERP, PIM, Payment, Search).

• Act as L3 escalation point for critical web application incidents.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Hands-on experience with incident management: triaging, resolving, and documenting production issues.
• Proven ability in problem management: root cause analysis, preventive actions, and KEDB maintenance.
• Familiarity with analytics and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Kibana, Grafana).
• Strong debugging skills: logs, traces, memory/thread analysis, SQL tuning.

• Perform deep debugging: browser dev tools, network analysis, memory leaks, and rendering performance.
• Establish observability standards for front-end metrics (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores).

• 7–9 years of experience in enterprise software backend development with at least 5+ years of experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) development.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with Composable Commerce, Headless CMS, or microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) and security best practices (OWASP).
• Experience with multi-language, multi-site, and multi-currency commerce setups.
