Job Title: AI Agent Developer – Azure Tech Stack
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking skilled and passionate developers to join our team focused on building intelligent AI Agents using Microsoft Azure technologies. As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking AI team, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of autonomous agents that leverage Azure’s cloud-native capabilities, cognitive services, and machine learning infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using LLMs (e.g., GPT-5), planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.
• Use Azure AI Foundry Agent Service to orchestrate agent behavior and tool usage.
• Build scalable and secure APIs and microservices to support agent interactions.(e.g., chatbots, copilots, automation tools)
• Extend agent capabilities with custom tools (e.g., Function Calling, File Search).
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to iterate on agent logic.
• Monitor agent performance and implement safety, feedback, and guardrail mechanisms..
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event Grid. – Must Skill
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI solutions.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices in agent development.

• 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in AI/ML projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python or C#.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure App Service / Container Apps / AKS – Must skill
• Familiarity with frameworks like Lang Chain, AutoGPT, ReAct, or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of agent-based modeling, multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learning.
