Process Executive – Supply Officer Associate

Location: Toulouse, St. Nazaire, Marseille, Meaulte, Nantes, Rochefort

Key responsibilities:
• Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics: ensuring delivery of orders on time, Purchase Order management, Invoice issue handling, GR (Goods receipt) issues handling, PR to PO conversion
• To interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work
• Interact closely with Front Officer for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
• Provide weekly operational reports
• Document process documentation and standard methodologies
• Participate in team and customer meetings

Requirements:
• Good French (min. C1)
• Good English (min. B2)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or customer service
• At least Bachelor Degree
• Customer orientation and proactive approach
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• SAP knowledge nice to have
• Team player
