Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA conversion program (Brownfield or Selective). The role involves program governance, stakeholder management, technical conversion oversight, risk control, and orchestration of multi-vendor delivery.

Location: Brisbane, QLD
Salary: AUD 150,742 – 171,215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA conversion program across all workstreams.
  • Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with SAP Activate.
  • Govern technical conversion activities including SUM/DMO, ATC, SPDD/SPAU.
  • Oversee testing (SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance) and data migration cycles.
  • Lead cutover planning with detailed runbook and command center operations.
  • Ensure effective hyper care stabilization and transition to operations.
  • Manage risks, RAID logs, compliance and financial tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and vendors.
  • Manage executive-level stakeholder communication and reporting.
Essential:
  • Total IT experience of 15+ years
  • 12-5+ years total IT/ERP Project management experience.
  • 4-5 years' experience managing SAP S/4HANA system conversions.
  • Led at least 2 full-cycle S/4 conversion programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Readiness Check, SUM/DMO, Fiori enablement, custom code remediation.
  • Expertise in data migration, testing governance, and cutover planning.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

Preferred:
  • Knowledge of public cloud hosting for SAP (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Experience with ILM/Archiving, CPI integrations, BTP services.
  • Working knowledge of OCM governance.
  • Certifications: SAP Activate PM, PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL.
