Short Description:
Contributes to detailed functional specifications and takes care of technical specifications
within the framework of projects; and programs development.
Provides functional and/or technical support to developer(s), as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Contributes to detailed functional specifications and takes care of technical
specifications within the framework of projects; and programs development.
▪ Develops or validates the final solution
▪ Cooperate with teams to let System analysis / System Design / Development
/ SIT structure in place limiting the impact on delivery capacity
▪ Drafts the technical analysis based on the functional analysis
▪ Develops programs according to and comply with the expected schedule,
cost and quality
▪ Alerts superiors if there are risks can’t meet the schedule, cost and quality
▪ Ensures compliance with and the implementation of norms and standards
(rules, standards, etc.)
▪ Develops the functional, possibly technical, macro-solution, if necessary by
seeking the required resources
▪ Contributes to the different test and acceptance phases, according to the
relevant schedule, and implements the necessary corrections to any defects
▪ Draft the release file and monitor its release
▪ Knows and considers available off-the-shelf program to make ‘create or
modify’ decisions.
➢ Provides functional and/or technical support to developer(s), as required
▪ Senior programmer can independently handle customer inquiries, data
collection, explanations of technical terms, give advice or comments to junior
developer(s).
▪ Responds to developers' questions
▪ Have capability to review codes, unit test documents and provides support to
developer(s), as required
▪ If necessary, for projects that require several analyses, intervenes in the
various activities in close collaboration with all members of the project team
▪ Contributes to suggestions for improvement within his/her activity area

Skills /Competencies:

  • Object-Oriented Program (Java, .Net, DB scripting), Crystal Report, MS Office
  • as enough expertise to grasp the key technical issues of the proposed solutions.
  • Over 2 years life insurance system or 3 years development experience
Additional Skills:
Language - Taiwanese. English

2. Sense of responsibility
