Role and Responsibilities:
Total 6+ years’ experience in ServiceNow platform. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module,
Minimum 4 years’ experience in gathering business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules,
Detailed understanding of ServiceNow table structure, Business rules and client scripts
Hans-on knowledge on employee center portal and report extraction
Detailed workflow knowledge on service request and catalog creations.
Excellent Japanese and English communication skills and stakeholder management.
Certification requirements:
ServiceNow CSA
