Infosys is seeking an experienced Workday Security Lead Consultant to join our Workday team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Workday security frameworks to ensure compliance, data integrity, and secure access across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
Experience in ERP software development life cycle.
Experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Applications.
Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and policies.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with functional teams to define security requirements and access controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within Workday.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of security configurations.
Provide guidance and training on Workday security features and protocols.
Hands-on experience with security configuration, domain policies, and user access management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Workday Security Certified. Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge.
Experience with Workday integrations, reports and security impact analysis.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations.
Familiarity with Workday reporting and audit tools.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
