The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management Solution Architect with strong consulting expertise and extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud SCM and Order-to-Cash transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Order Management, Global Order Promising (GOP), Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, and end-to-end fulfillment processes.

The successful candidate will lead solution design, business transformation initiatives, client workshops, and Oracle Cloud implementations across global organizations. This role requires both functional leadership and hands-on solution architecture experience within complex Oracle SCM environments. The ideal consultant will have experience working within leading consulting firms or system integrators and managing enterprise-wide transformation programs.

• Lead Oracle Order Management workstreams across implementation and transformation programs
• Define solution architecture and future-state business processes
• Drive requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Provide strategic guidance on Order-to-Cash transformation and Oracle Cloud best practices
• Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities

• 12+ years of Oracle SCM experience with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management.
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects.
• Strong experience across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Order Orchestration, Pricing, GOP (Global Order Promising), Inventory, Shipping, and Fulfillment
• Deep knowledge of:
  • Oracle Order Management Cloud
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
  • Inventory Management
  • Shipping
  • Procurement
  • Pricing
  • Supply Planning
• Experience leading client workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and global deployments
• Strong consulting experience
• Experience serving as Solution Architect, Program Lead, or Functional Architect on large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
• Should have no travel limitations.
