Role – Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, React, typescript)
Compensation – Competitive (including bonus)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, JavaScript and TypeScript, along with working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud technologies.

Your primary focus will be frontend development, working closely with the Lead Developer as a core part of the delivery team. You will have a strong understanding of the interaction between frontend, backend and cloud components, actively contributing to technical designs and improvements. You will also support Java-based backend and AWS cloud development when required.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain frontend applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
  • Build, integrate and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs and external integrations.
  • Ensure applications meet requirements for security, scalability and performance.
  • Deploy, operate and maintain applications within a cloud environment.
  • Contribute to Java/Spring Boot backend development and cloud components as required.
  • Participate in architecture and technical design discussions and recommend improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring, particularly around frontend architecture and development.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders across the full technology stack.


Required
  • Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in React.
  • Expert-level proficiency in React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud architecture.
  • Good working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of the integration between frontend, backend and cloud services.
  • Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with state management technologies such as Redux.
  • Experience with test automation and testing frameworks, such as Jest and Cypress.

Highly valued experience:
  • DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • MongoDB, Docker and Git.
  • Developing or maintaining map-based applications/tools.
  • Using AI-assisted development tools such as AWS Kiro.
  • Efficiency and cost engineering.
