In the assigned Job Role of Process Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
⦁ Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on process oriented product evaluation, benchmarking studies and process improvement projects
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP and OpenText solutions. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, administering, troubleshooting, and enhancing the OpenText VIM application integrated with SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments. The role requires close collaboration with business users, SAP teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and efficient invoice processing operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 support for OpenText VIM application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to invoice processing, workflows, document ingestion, and SAP integration.
• Monitor and maintain OpenText VIM, ICC/BCC (Capture Center), Archive Center, and related OpenText components.
• Analyze application logs and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
• Support month-end and business-critical invoice processing activities.
• Manage OpenText VIM workflows, queues, roles, and user access.
• Coordinate with SAP FI/AP teams for invoice processing and integration issues.
• Perform system health checks and proactively identify performance issues.
• Support upgrades, patches, migration activities, and system maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, KT documents, and support reports.
• Participate in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
• 10+ years of experience in OpenText VIM.
• Strong understanding of:
o OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
o SAP Accounts Payable (AP)
o SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
o OpenText Archive Center
o OpenText ICC/BCC (Intelligent Capture/Capture Center)
o SAP Workflow
o SAP Archive Link
• Experience in incident management and production support.
• Knowledge of invoice processing lifecycle and exception handling.
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot interfaces.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.

Nice to Have
• OpenText VIM implementation experience.
• OpenText Certifications.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
