Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with a Junior Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst profile to join our team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance (QA) principles and software testing practices.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with project governance and process control activities.
Knowledge of Change Management processes.
Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with test management platforms such as qTest, Jira X-Ray, Azure DevOps, or MS Test Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications related to Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
Agile Framework certifications.
Knowledge of Risk Management practices.
Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support Software Quality Assurance activities across project teams.
Promote software development and testing best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project governance compliance according to SDLC standards.
Guide project teams in the effective use of Jira, Confluence, qTest, and Jira X-Ray.
Monitor software quality processes, including system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
Support project risk identification and quality improvement initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics and project indicators.
Develop reports and presentations related to software quality and project governance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within technology projects.
