Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern JavaScript technologies.

• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the technology stack.

• Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where required.

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering / related discipline.
• • 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in JavaScript technologies.
• • Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• • Strong understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• • Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
