Insight Engineer
Location: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Mexico City, Queretaro
Time Zone: CST/EST

Key Skills Required:

• SQL (4-5+ years): Advanced SQL development, data analysis, complex query optimization, and data investigations.
• ETL Development (3-5+ years): Design, development, automation, and support of scalable ETL/data pipelines.
• Tableau (3+ years): Dashboard development, workbook creation, reporting, and KPI visualization.
• AWS (Optional but good to have) (3+ years): Hands-on experience with Athena, Lambda, CloudWatch, and EMR.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize SQL solutions using AWS Athena.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Build and support automated ETL workflows and data pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune production jobs and reporting processes.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and data investigations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics.
• Strong expertise in SQL, ETL development, and Tableau.
• Experience building automated data solutions in AWS environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
