Job Description:

We are seeking highly experienced Certified Scrum Masters to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible to ensure that the scrum framework, its values, and principles are being promoted and followed by the scrum team, Product Owner, and team stakeholders.
Scrum Master: Experience: 8–12 years overall, 5+ years as Scrum Master

Role Focus:

• Scrum execution
• Team coaching
• Delivery facilitation
• Impediment removal
• Sprint health and metrics
• SAFe team-level implementation

Senior Scrum Master / Delivery Scrum Master: Experience: 12+ years overall, 7+ years as Scrum Master

Role Focus:

• Multiple Scrum teams
• Cross-team dependency management
• Program-level Agile governance
• SAFe execution support
• PI Planning coordination
• Delivery predictability and reporting
• Stakeholder and leadership alignment
• Mentoring junior Scrum Masters

Responsibilities:

• Act as a coach to ensure that the team lives agile values and principles and follows the agreed agile processes and practices, while allowing flexibility for the team to improve the ways of working and effectiveness
• Establish and maintain an environment where the team can be effective
• Help to remove any obstacles that the team may encounter, protect the agile team from external interruptions to execution and assist in conflict resolution
• Responsible for maximizing the value and utilization of the product
• Experience identifying impediments to process flow hindering the team’s ability to deliver

Requirements:

Experience with multiple teams

Accountable for one-two Scrum teams of high-medium complexity

Applied knowledge on scaled agile framework

Able to help other scrum masters in the organization to adopt Agile practices

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
• Certification for Scrum Master role is essential from affiliation such as Scrum.org, (PSM) Scrumalliance.org (CSM), Scaledagile.com
• Coaching Certifications is preferred
• Certifications within Continuous Improvement disciplines and/or Agile Practices is preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Although the Scrum Master is not a technical role, a certain amount of technical knowledge about software development is necessary to be able to support the Scrum team properly
