Manager

In the role of M&S Procurement Lead you will Lead end-to-end execution of the Manufacturing Services program For USA and Canada, ensuring delivery of service excellence, spend consolidation, and measurable value outcomes.
Act as the single point of accountability for achieving program’s commitments across CSAT, TAT, spend productivity, and value deliverables.
Drive alignment between regional strategy and plant-level execution.
Job Description:
Procurement Strategy & Cost Savings

• Identify and execute cost savings opportunities.
• Build and manage the savings pipeline.
• Deliver savings targets across Maintenance & Services spend.
• Improve payment terms and inventory optimization.

Category Management & Source-to-Contract

• Lead sourcing initiatives across Maintenance & Services categories.
• Drive spend consolidation and preferred supplier utilization.
• Support contract negotiations and supplier agreements.
• Ensure procurement compliance and governance.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Drive adoption of procurement processes and tools.
• Partner with plant, engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams.
• Lead change management initiatives.
• Align regional strategy with local plant execution.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Drive supplier performance and accountability.
• Ensure long-term value creation and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence & Service Delivery

• Own service excellence metrics.
• Deliver >95% turnaround time (TAT) compliance.
• Improve customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Drive guided buying and catalog adoption.

Leadership & Governance

• Lead internal and external governance meetings.
• Manage escalations and key sourcing initiatives.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members.
• Drive annual business targets and performance goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the job description

• 12–18+ years in sourcing
• Experience in MRO, and services categories.
• Strong background in services delivery and transformation programs.
• Proven ability to deliver savings and working capital impact.
• Experience in leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in food manufacturing or large engineering / automotive manufacturing organization.
• Experience of dealing with aggregators is a plus.
