Infosys is seeking an experienced and strategic Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs across ERP, HCM, SCM, PPM, and EPM. The role will be responsible for defining the end-to-end solution architecture, driving business process transformation, ensuring cross-functional integration alignment, and providing leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle from strategy through post-go-live stabilization.

The Solution Architect will serve as the primary advisor to executive stakeholders, business process owners, implementation partners, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready Oracle Cloud solutions

Candidate will be intensely involved in business process consulting; candidate will define the problem, propose and create the solution. Candidate will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Candidate will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 15+ years of overall experience in Oracle ERP and minimum 8 years of exclusive experience as a solution Architect in Fusion cloud applications
  • Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud.
  • Led at least three full‑cycle Oracle Cloud implementations as a Solution Architect.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) , and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications.
  • Good understanding of FBDI templates, integration and data migration concepts, OTBI, BIP, FRS reporting capabilities
  • Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Define the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture spanning:

  • ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, SCM)

  • HCM Cloud

  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

  • Lead business process transformation workshops and solution design sessions.

  • Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.

  • Establish global process templates, solution standards, and design principles.

  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and Oracle Cloud capabilities.

  • Govern customizations, extensions, integrations, reporting, and security designs.

  • Design global Chart of Accounts structures and financial governance frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Present solution decisions to Steering Committees and Executive Sponsors.

  • Lead Architecture Review Boards and Design Authorities.

  • Collaborate with client executives, PMO teams, and implementation partners.

  • Support proposal development, estimations, solution reviews, and client pursuits.

Project Governance & Delivery

  • Act as the primary solution authority for the ERP program.

  • Own end-to-end design decisions and resolve cross-functional issues.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication

  • Present solution options, risks, and recommendations to program leadership.

  • Lead design reviews and provide progress updates to steering committees.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Legacy ERP to-Fusion migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.

  • Experience in Canada Public Sector

  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
