Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Junior Technical Support Analyst to join our team.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting Windows and MS Office.
• Support for local and network printers.
• Support for certain enterprise applications (SAP, etc.).
• End user support.
• Hardware setup, imaging, deployment and troubleshooting. Service Now and SCCM.
• Hands and feet support for other remote Infosys teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced English.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and MS Office.
• Experience with printing and file-sharing services.
• Experience with hardware repair.
