Your role
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required
• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of technology solutions in a client-facing environment.
• Strong experience in solution design, development, implementation, and production support.
• Experience managing and mentoring technical teams, including work allocation, reviews, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, release management, and delivery governance.
• Ability to work directly with client business and technology teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive outcomes.
• Experience in project estimation, planning, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across onsite and offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.
• Willingness and eligibility to work from the client location and support business-critical activities across time zones.
Preferred
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model for global clients.
• Experience leading teams of 5–15 members across multiple workstreams.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
• Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance.
• Experience in client relationship management, solution consulting, and business development support.
• Experience in proposal development, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, Cloud Technologies, ITIL, or Project Management.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
• Prior onsite experience in European client engagements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster high-performing teams.
