Job Description

Position Purpose
The Copilot & AI Agent Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and continuously improving AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related technologies to support business process optimization initiatives.

The role focuses on enhancing employee productivity, improving end-user support, reducing manual effort, automating repetitive activities, and providing intelligent assistance for process and system-related queries across enterprise applications.

The specialist will work closely with Digital, Process Excellence, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and Business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and create scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Accountabilities

AI Agent Development & Deployment
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.
• Build conversational agents capable of answering business process and system-related questions.
• Develop intelligent workflows that automate repetitive and manual activities.
• Configure integrations with enterprise applications such as SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other business systems.
• Ensure AI agents provide accurate, secure, and compliant responses.

Process Optimization
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend AI-driven improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Copilot and agent solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging AI and automation capabilities.
• Quantify benefits through efficiency gains, cost savings, and productivity improvements.

End-User Support & Knowledge Management
• Develop AI assistants that support users with Process guidance, system navigation, policy interpretation, troubleshooting common issues, transaction support.
• Create and maintain knowledge repositories used by AI agents.

Solution Governance & Performance
•Define AI governance, standards, and best practices.
•Monitor agent performance and adoption metrics.
•Analyze user interactions and identify opportunities for enhancement.
•Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI requirements.
•Establish testing and quality assurance procedures for AI solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement
•Collaborate with process owners, subject matter experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders, facilitate workshops to identify AI use cases, provide training and change management support to increase adoption of AI solutions, act as an internal advisor on Copilot and AI capabilities.
