Responsibilities:

  • Understand and align with project requirements and job.

  • Interacting with other support groups (local and global) within the firm across multiple platforms.

  • Record and manage all incidents and request tracking.

    • Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and expected delays
    • Create and maintain support documentation.

  • Communicate and refine job requirements with stakeholders , Track open positions and manage hiring pipeline

  • Promote employee referral programs
    • Take initiative to stay current on technology and participate in training programs.
    Support sourcing and screening of candidate profiles , Coordinate and schedule interviews.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and on tight timescales.

  • Language: English / Mandarin
