Infosys is seeking STA– SAP OTC, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or Calgary be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 12+ years of experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation /Development and deployment
  • At least minimum 4~6 years of SAP project implementation experience in SAP OTC and integration with other process areas
  • At least two-three end to end implementation projects and at least one was performed as Solution Architect preferably at client location.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition,
  • Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
  • Involve in business process design and discussions to analyze and document business requirements for SAP OTC module related to Sales order processing, delivery processing & Invoicing.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Act proactively to avoid roadblocks and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
  • Provide ad-hoc training within the technical teams and business owners as needed.
  • Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflow and forms.
  • Configure and customize the SAP OTC module and relevant process to meet business needs.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Provide end-to-end support for SAP OTC implementations and projects including appropriate testing and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP OTC with other modules and integrated systems.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Assist in project planning, timelines, and deliverables for SAP SD-related tasks.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario- $105007 to $123375
