As a Pega Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to Toronto.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Skills- Solution Design: Create High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD), translating business requirements into scalable Pega applications.
- Technical Leadership: Drive development sprints, ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices.
- Code Review & Quality: Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Integration & Development: Implement complex integrations with external systems (JMS, MQ, SQL, Connectors).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Certification: Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA) required.
- Experience: 6+ years of hands-on Pega PRPC (v8.x/25.x) design and development experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Pega frameworks, Java/J2EE, and database technologies.
- Hands-on experience in Infinity 24.x with Constellation, DX API, KAFKA queue processors
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps principles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Must have strong analytical/troubleshooting skills , Good communication and leadership capabilities.
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario - $92740 to $123375
