In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
⦁ Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
⦁ Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
⦁ Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
⦁ Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
⦁ Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Competências e experiência exigidas

Hands‑on configuration experience with the SAP MDG framework, including data modeling, UI modeling, process modeling, rules and derivations, and BRF+.
At least 7+ years of IT experience, depending on role level.
Strong expertise in SAP MDG configuration and replication frameworks.
Technical knowledge of MDG workflows and ERP table structures.
Full lifecycle implementation experience, including blueprinting, fit‑gap analysis, configuration, data migration, cutover, and go‑live.
Experience executing all phases of an MDG implementation and collaborating with technical teams on solution architecture.
Ability to develop solution recommendations for data modeling, integration, and synchronization mechanisms.
Expertise in SAP MDG development and customizations for data modeling, UI modeling, process modeling, rules and derivations, BRF+, and replication configuration.

Competências e experiência desejadas

Hands‑on technical experience with MDG workflows, Floor Plan Manager (FPM), WD ABAP, BRF+, and related customizations.
Proficiency in ABAP development, including BAdI implementations and OOP‑based enhancements.
Experience with FPM and UI customizations for SAP MDG screens and applications.
Strong knowledge of data replication framework customizations and synchronization mechanisms.
Strong communication and ability to share best practices, technical approaches, and problem‑solving strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and analytical approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: 
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $114000 to $167000
In Washington, DC : $106000 to $147500
