Infosys is seeking for a Forcepoint DLP Security Lead. In this Position, you will interface with Key stakeholders and successfully deliver challenging Data Security solution for the client. You are expected to be Very well versed with Data security techniques and controls needed for Data at Rest (Storage, Databases) & Data in Transit/In-Motion. You will be closely working with teams across geographies and will be responsible for negotiating with clients on technical requirements and day-to-day technical transactions, help the offshore team in designing, implementing, and maintaining the Data Security solution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
  • 3 years of professional experience within Forcepoint DLP Infrastructure.
  • Experience in Designing and sizing the Forcepoint DLP infrastructure
  • Installing, configuring, Troubleshooting and version upgrade of Forcepoint DLP components like (Forcepoint Triton management server, Protector for Web and Email, Network Discover Module, Fingerprinting Module)
  • Implementation of Forcepoint Endpoint DLP and Network DLP Server.
  • Integrating Forcepoint DLP with other security controls like AD, Data Classification, SIEM etc.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Design and implement DLP policies and solutions to meet those requirements.

  • Identify and understand the organization's data loss prevention (DLP) requirements.

  • Should be aware about Data classification framework and Data Flow analysis.

  • Monitor and analyze DLP logs to identify and respond to data loss events.

  • Triaging and investigating Forcepoint DLP incidents

  • Determining the root cause of Forcepoint DLP incidents

  • Recommending and implementing remediation actions

  • Work with other security teams to ensure that the organization's DLP solutions are integrated with other security controls.

  • Investigate and respond to a data loss event, such as the theft of sensitive customer data.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Should be able to create custom policies using Reg-ex, Dictionary, EDM, IDM etc.

  • Generate reports on DLP incidents like Weekly incident trend analysis, Observation on False positives, Weekly exception handling.

  • Should be able to perform DLP policy fine tuning based on incident trend analysis.

  • Generate a report on DLP activity for the past month, including the number of DLP events, the types of data that were protected, and the users and devices that were involved

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

    Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
    Ontario: $ 92740 to $ 123375
