Your Role
As SAP Functional Integration Lead, you will lead overall Solution Architect overseeing all functional tracks. You will play a pivotal role in delivering end to end integration solutions for a large Retail / Wholesale Grocery transformation program running on RISE with SAP – S/4HANA Private Cloud. You will act as the functional design authority for integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and an extended SAP and non SAP ecosystem supporting merchandising, supply chain, store operations, finance, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage functional integration architecture across SAP and non SAP systems within a RISE with SAP Private Cloud landscape.
• Define and govern integration principles, standards, and patterns aligned with Infosys delivery models and SAP cloud best practices are adhered with.
• Act as the functional integration design authority, approving interface designs, and solution approaches.
• You will demonstrate functional understanding and leadership relevant for integration across the following:

oRetail
oFinance
oSupply Chain
oStore Operations

• Collaborate with Infosys Enterprise Architects, SAP Technical Leads, and Security teams.
• Support cutover, mock runs, and go live readiness in cloud based retail programs.
• Plan and manage end-to-end integration testing (SIT, UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Support go-live activities including issue resolution & functional integration checks.
• Provide hyper care support and drive post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Conduct training for key users and business teams on functional integration areas impacting business processes and applications.
• Ensure all documentation complies with project standards.

Skills
Must have

• Experience in SAP enterprise landscapes in functional integration space
• Proven experience as a Functional Integration Lead
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong decision-making, negotiation, and influencing capabilities
• Ability to lead culturally diverse teams across geographies

Nice to have

• Strong exposure to Retail / Wholesale Grocery business processes
• Experience with RISE with SAP – S/4HANA Private Cloud programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
