Infosys Public Services is seeking a Project Manager to join our team.
Required Experience:
- Creates Process Flow documents
- Create for measurables and tracking project
- Compiles project data and reports on status of key projects to management
- Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans and designs and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation
- Provide team with data analysis digital collaboration, experience, O365 upgrades 160K machines that needed to be upgraded prior to user migration to Office 365, and review and analysis of user information to schedule weekly migrations.
- Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer management.
- White glove treatment for ELT O365
- Provide advanced support for the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical systems and applications.
- Coordination of migration issues/concerns with Service Desk, and other groups impacted by both machine upgrades and user migrations
- Support Google Workspace
- Oversight and technical project management of workstreams which focus on Unified Endpoint Management solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, Co-management, Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory).
- Provide analysis and recognize areas of potential risk, schedule slippage.
- Work with several cross functional teams and organizations
- Be able to create content, PowerPoint or executive or peer presentable material without extensive rework by others.
- Track actions, record detailed meeting minutes, assign, and follow up with responsible parties and stakeholders on action plans.
Educational Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
The estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $73, 000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,100 to $100,200
