Infosys is seeking an Technology Lead - Microsoft D365 CRM.

In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Burnaby, BC or be willing to relocate to the area.

  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM .Net and Azure

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Design, develop, and enhance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE).
  • Customize entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and integrations within CRM.
  • Manage and support CRM deployments, including solution packaging, environment management (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod), and release execution.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for CRM deployments using Azure DevOps and follow best practices for solution versioning and release governance.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and Web APIs.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and database interactions.
  • Integrate CRM and applications with external systems using REST APIs and Azure services.
  • Implement and support AI-driven capabilities
  • Should have experience working with power Apps, power Automate
  • Work with Azure components such as App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming sessions, and delivery reviews.
  • Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing applications.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and deployment processes.
  • Must be able to work in PST time zone
  • Should have Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams
  • Work from office as per company guidelines (hybrid /onsite as required)

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

British Columbia : $ 90450 to $ 136500
