In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Competências e experiência exigidas

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-functional Consultant. Consultant will interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Consultant should have ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals. They must have the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities.

Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud (Payroll, Core HR, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management) driving discovery, business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments.

Must have done 2 or 3 projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Candidate should be techno-functional and functional background must be HCM domain.

Competências e experiência desejadas

Working knowledge on fast formulas, visual builder studio, HCM data loader, OTBI.

Expertise in solution design, POC, troubleshooting of issues. 

Experience in production support – app upgrades, Incidents & service requests resolution & problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage.

Working with end users to document the business requirements and create solutions based on functional requirements and provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
