In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
⦁ Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
⦁ Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
⦁ Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
⦁ Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
⦁ Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
⦁ Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
⦁ Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Competências e experiência exigidas
• Experience in configuration/implementation efforts of client projects with advanced planning analytics, deployment, communication, and tactical assistance around Sales & Operations Planning, Demand, Inventory, Assortment, Supply & Response, Demand planning, Replenishment, Supply planning or Operational supply chain
• Good hands knowledge implementation, configuration and integration of leading market products as SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle RPAS, etc.
• Experience with Retail and CPG industry
• Utilize data collection tools and analytics methodology for advanced supply chain analysis.
• Interpret data around supply chain trends, optimization, and forecasting relating to performance metrics and potential recommendations to clients and assist with research initiatives for solution design.
• Driving the Product Roadmap, identifying, capturing, tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders
• Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams, identifying roadblocks, resolve dependencies.
• Manage Tech/ Business stakeholders’ communication.
• Experience in Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology and good understanding of Agile ceremonies

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills (regression, forecasting, optimization, allocation, replenishment, etc)
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Knowledge of integration to planning products
• Collaborate with project leads, system architects, partners, and client teams to identify data best practices, develop success criteria, and optimize new reports features and models.
• Communicate with customers and customer teams in verbal, visual, and written formats, complex results to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong Client interfacing skills, with prior experience in directly interfacing with IT Director, AVP, Architect levels

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
