In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices
⦁ Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights
⦁ Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
⦁ Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
⦁ Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Competências e experiência exigidas

• Expertise in Java, Python, SQL, REST Assured, Kafka event-driven testing, microservices automation, Azure Cloud.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch using design patterns (POM, Factory, Builder, BDD).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices (Jenkins, Git branching, automated gating).
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools such as Kibana, Splunk, Elastic.
• ISTQB® CTFL certification (preferred).

Competências e experiência desejadas

• Experience implementing automation for mobile and chatbot systems.
• Knowledge of parallel execution, regression optimization, and test data provisioning frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong analytical skills for debugging distributed systems and identifying root causes.
• Strong communication, client engagement, and consulting skills.

Requisitos adicionais obrigatórios

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
