Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Dot Net Developer- SQL to drive application maintenance and support program. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in .NET, SQL, and SaaS-based applications, strong command of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow), and proven experience in leading large teams (50+ members). This role requires exceptional stakeholder and customer relationship management skills, along with sufficient AI knowledge to confidently engage in strategic discussions with senior client leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 4 years experience with Information Technology.

  • Excellent hands-on or leadership experience supporting .NET Framework & .NET (Core / .NET 6+), SQL, C# (advanced concepts: async/await, LINQ, delegates, events) and SaaS applications with ServiceNow and ITIL-based service management.

  • Location for this position is West Palm Beach, FL. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client locations


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years Provide end-to-end technical leadership for application support and delivery across .NET, SQL, and SaaS platforms.

  • Experience in ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web API, RESTful services, Minimal APIs (modern .NET, Razor Pages. Dependency Injection (built-in and third‑party containers) Middleware pipelines, Session and state management.

  • Experience in .NET, SQL, and SaaS platforms, SQL Server architecture understanding, Stored Procedures (complex logic, optimization), Views, Functions, Triggers, Temp tables and table variables.

  • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, SOLID principles and design patterns (Factory, Singleton, Repository, MVC, CQRS).

  • Multithreading and parallel programming, Exception handling and logging frameworks (Serilog, NLog, Log4Net).

  • ITIL certification (ITIL v3 / v4), Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.

  • Project or program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams of 50+ resources.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship management capabilities.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Provide end-to-end technical leadership for application support and delivery across

  • Oversee stability, performance, and scalability of mission-critical applications

  • Guide teams on best practices related to application support, incident management, automation, and continuous improvement

  • Act as the technical escalation point for high-impact issues and complex problem resolution.

  • Lead service operations using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools

  • Drive operational excellence through SLAs, KPIs, CSAT, and continual service improvement initiatives

  • Manage and inspire large, multi-disciplinary teams (50+ members) across onshore/offshore

  • Lead executive-level communications, reviews, and governance forums

  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, transparency, and delivery excellence

  • Manage expectations, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • Leverage foundational AI/ML knowledge to contribute to strategic and solution-oriented discussions with client leaders

  • Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and analytics can enhance service delivery and operational efficiency


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
