Infosys is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Senior Industry Principal. The position will primarily be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of largescale Oracle Cloud transformation programs, driving strategic planning, execution, and governance across functional, technical, data, and integration workstreams. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and solution design, manages complex stakeholder expectations, and orchestrates cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones on time and within budget. The selected candidate leads risk management, scope control, change management, and quality assurance while maintaining strong customer engagement and executive communication. With a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, implementation methodologies, and cloud best practices, this leader ensures a smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud, enabling operational excellence and long-term business value.

Required Qualifications:

  • Location for this position is Irvine, CA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 15 years of Information Technology experience.

  • 11+ years of experience in ERP/HCM/SCM programs with 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud program management.
  • Proven experience leading 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM) and technical areas (OIC, Integrations, Data Migration, Security).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large cross-functional teams (onsite + offshore).
  • Expertise in project/program governance, RAID management, critical-path control, and delivery assurance.
  • Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Cloud Methodology, Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery
  • Experience with PMO frameworks and KPIs
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to translate complex program risks into clear action plans.
  • Strong understanding of Core Oracle modules’ business processes, Integrations (REST/SOAP/OIC), Data conversion cycles, Security, reporting, and cutover planning
  • Ability to validate solution designs and ensure business alignment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications (Finance, SCM, HCM, OIC, or Cloud Readiness).
  • Experience managing global rollouts across multi-geo organizations.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with CRM (Salesforce/Oracle CX), HR systems, banking, and data platforms.
  • Exposure to OCI, analytics platforms (OAC/Power BI), or AI-driven operational improvement tools.
  • Experience in migrating from EBS/PeopleSoft/SAP/Legacy to Oracle Cloud.
  • Strong vendor and contract negotiation experience.
  • Industry knowledge in Foods and Beverages
