Infosys is seeking skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Master Data Management Consultant for planning, designing, and executing data migration strategies for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Master data. This role ensures accurate and efficient conversion of legacy Master data into Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Master Data Strategy & Governance

  • Define and implement master data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across Oracle Fusion Cloud.

  • Lead data stewardship activities, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance.

  • Drive data quality initiatives including profiling, cleansing, validation, and enrichment.

2. Solution Design & Implementation

  • Lead the end-to-end design of Oracle Fusion MDM solutions across key domains such as: Customer Data, Supplier/Vendor Data, Item/Product Data, Site/Location Master,

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and configure MDM components.

3. Data Migration & Integration Support

  • Oversee master data conversion strategy and execution (mapping, validation, reconciliation).

  • Work closely with integration teams on MDM integration with upstream/downstream systems via OIC, APIs, FBDI, and BI extracts.

  • Manage mock loads, dry runs, and cutover readiness for master data.

4. Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders for data requirements, rules, and governance.

  • Provide leadership to data analysts, functional consultants, and integration teams.

  • Communicate data readiness, risks, and issues to program leadership.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Define and monitor data quality KPIs and dashboards.

  • Establish ongoing operating procedures for MDM operations and stewardship post go-live.

  • Drive root-cause analysis of recurring master data issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Location for this position is Irvine, CA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

  • At least 6 years of experience as MDM Lead

  • Specifically worked on formulating MDM strategy and implementing the same for medium to large organizations, that have implemented MDM

  • Excellent communication skills and client interfacing capabilities. Should be performing a client-facing role for at least 4-5 years

  • Need to be very comfortable with concepts around data quality, data profiling, data governance

  • Comfortable in driving requirements workshops, proposing the right data model for product master

  • Possess good understanding of Master Data in Oracle Fusion for Customers, Products, Suppliers

  • Ability to leverage MDM best practices, experiences from past MDM programs

  • Ability to drive MDM Assessments with customers and articulate to business benefits of MDM

  • Ability to engage in discussions related to master data entities like customer, supplier, product, employees

  • Should be able to guide the customer on MDM roadmap

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Cloud or Oracle Product Hub.

  • Exposure to OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) integrations for master data.

  • Knowledge of Data Quality tools such as Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ).

  • Experience with EBS-to-Fusion migrations or hybrid ERP environments.

  • Oracle Cloud ERP / SCM / Financials

  • Oracle MDM or Data Governance certifications
