About the role

Join INFOSYS LIMITED' as a full-time Technology Analyst based in Selangor. In this role, you will be providing high-quality, timely and cost-effective IT support and services to our clients. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new technologies and processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting an organization’s core IT infrastructure

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, ticketing systems, and in-person support.

  • Handle incidents, service requests, and tasks via ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)

  • Collaborate closely with internal IT teams to ensure system stability and continuous service improvement.

  • Responsible for user provisioning which includes onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support for hardware, software and network issues

  • Responsible for Managing and maintaining all the IT assets and inventory and perform periodic checks

  • Support patching cycles, antivirus updates, OS hardening and vulnerability management.

  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

  • Collaborate with local vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth service and operation.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-5 Years of experience in IT support and Infrastructure management

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and windows server services.

  • Experience with ITSM processes such as incident, problem, and change management

  • Strong knowledge in networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

  • Basic knowledge in Azure, M365, Intune and virtual environment.

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

  • Familiarity with ISO certification, SOC, ITSMS and basic audit readiness

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
