Role Description: Infosys is seeking a dynamic, strategic and innovative Senior Consultant to facilitate the organization’s mission to grow and evolve Infosys’ Data and Analytics business unit. The successful candidate will distinguish herself or himself by being a coach to the CEOs of Infosys’ client-base to navigate business transformation using the power of data and AI. S/He will be leading and contributing to strategic master plan and advisory engagements with the client to develop data and AI led initiatives for transformation, S/He can also be involved in the execution and delivery of such engagements in a leadership role. S/He will act as the brand-ambassador for Infosys and represent Infosys’ thought leadership in public forums and media.
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Team Lead with strong hands‑on expertise in Informatica MDM (on‑premise), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and ETL pipelines. Experience with Informatica Cloud/IDMC is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of end‑to‑end Informatica MDM implementations.
- Design and configure complex MDM components:
- Data Models & Subject Areas
- Match/Merge rules & Tokens
- Trust & Survivorship rules
- Business Entity Services (BES)
- SIF APIs (SOAP/REST)
- IDD (subject area configuration, security, UIs)
- Develop and maintain IDQ mappings, rules, scorecards, reference tables, and DQ workflows.
- Integrate MDM with enterprise applications via REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MQ, PowerCenter, or IDMC.
- Perform data onboarding (landing–staging–base object‑level processing).
- Analyze match plans, tuning match/merge performance and data validation rules.
- Conduct RCA for data, performance, and integration issues.
- Work closely with architects, QA engineers, and business SMEs.
- Participate in release cycles, code reviews, and solution documentation.
Essential:- 7–10 years overall IT experience with 3+ year of strong MDM experience in MDM and hands-on experience in Informatica MDM (10.x or higher).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Hub Console, SIF APIs, IDD, BES, C360
- Match/merge tuning, cleanse functions, and identity resolution algorithms.
- MDM Batch jobs (Tokenization, Match, Merge, Load/Unload).
- Informatica Data Director (IDD) customization and UI configuration.
- IDQ – rule specifications, transformations, scorecards, data profiling, DQ workflows.
- Experience with:
- SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning.
- ETL tools such as PowerCenter, IDMC mappings, Advanced Pushdown Optimization.
- Data modeling (Conceptual/Logical/Physical for MDM).
- Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, JSON/XML.
- Knowledge of MDM concepts: data governance, hierarchy management, entity resolution.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, deployment automation.
- Strong debugging skills (logs, batch job failures, X‑Connect, Load Plan issues).
Preferred:- Informatica MDM SaaS / IDMC MDM.
- Azure/AWS cloud services (ADF, S3, Lambda, Blob Storage, etc.).
- Kafka, MQ, or other messaging platforms.
- Understanding of Kubernetes / Docker deployments.
- Experience with real-time API consumption.
- Advanced performance tuning for large-scale MDM implementations.
