Role Description: Are you passionate about designing enterprise-scale OSS/BSS architectures that drive digital transformation in tier1 telecommunications environments? We are looking for an experienced Netcracker Architect to lead solution design, system integration, and architectural governance across complex telecom operational ecosystems.
In this role, you will define endtoend architecture for Netcracker modules—spanning orchestration, fulfilment, assurance, inventory, and activation—while ensuring seamless integration with 4G/5G Core, IMS, Transport, and cloudnative network functions.
Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 150,742– 171,215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture and design for Netcracker OSS/BSS modules.
  • Define integration architecture with 4G/5G Core, IMS, and Transport networks.
  • Design service activation, orchestration, provisioning, and inventory workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure platform scalability and performance.
  • Provide architectural governance across transformation programs.
Essential:
  • Extensive Netcracker OSS/BSS implementation experience.
  • Strong telecom domain understanding (4G/5G, IMS, EPC, Transport).
  • Experience with service orchestration and fulfilment flows.
  • Ability to lead architecture design sessions and blueprinting.

Preferred:
  • Experience in Australian telecom projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native OSS/BSS and microservices.
