Essential Responsibilities:

As the CFD Engineer, you will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement fluid dynamics simulations using CFD software (Ansys Fluent).
  • Perform CFD simulations including Modeling, meshing, solver setup, and post-processing.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations summarizing simulation results.
  • Analyze and interpret simulation results and provide recommendations to project teams.
  • Create and maintain simulation models from 2D drawing (AutoCAD) and data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Perform validation and verification of simulation models against site data as necessary.
  • Continuously improve simulation workflows, methodologies, and best practices

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field with a specialization in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
  • Strong understanding of computational fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
  • Hands-on experience with CFD software and drawing Tools such as ANSYS Fluent, Ansys Design Modeler, Ansys Meshing, AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in mesh generation and geometry preparation tools (e.g., Ansys Design Modeler, ANSYS Meshing).
  • Experience interpreting simulation results and converting insights into engineering recommendations.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation (VBA, Python, C++, MATLAB, or similar) is a plus.

  • CFD 소프트웨어(ANSYS Fluent)를 활용한 유체역학 시뮬레이션 개발 및 공사 수행

  • 시뮬레이션 결과를 요약한 기술 보고서, 문서 및 프레젠테이션 작성
  • 해석 결과를 분석·해석하고, 프로젝트 팀에 기술 개선안을 제공
  • 2D 도면(AutoCad)을 기반으로 하는 물리적 형상과 열전달 데이터를 기반으로
  • 시뮬레이션 모델 생성 및 유지 관리
  • 프로젝트 일정과 예산을 준수하기 위해 유관 부서와 협업
  • 필요 시 현장 데이터와의 비교를 통한 시뮬레이션 모델 Validation 및 Verification
  • 시뮬레이션 워크플로우, 해석 방법론 및 모범 사례(Best Practice)의 지속적인 개선
자격요건
  • 기계공학, 항공우주공학 또는 관련 분야 석사 학위 소지자
  • 전산유체역학(CFD), 열역학, 열전달에 대한 이론적 배경 실무능력
  • ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS DesignModeler, ANSYS Meshing, AutoCAD(Autodesk) CFD 소프트웨어 Drawing Tool 사용 경험
  • Mesh 생성 형상(Geometry) 전처리 도구에 대한 숙련도(: ANSYS DesignModeler, ANSYS Meshing)
  • 시뮬레이션 결과를 해석하고 엔지니어링 관점의 개선안 기술적 권고 사항으로 도출한 경험
  • 스크립팅 또는 자동화 기술(Scheme, Excel VBA, Python, C++, MATLAB ) 활용 경험 보유 우대
