Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead-Licensing Domain, Data Analysis. The position will primarily be responsible for supporting the customer’s Licensing applications as a Business Analyst. The selected candidate should have good understanding of software licensing, provisioning, fulfillment and license management. Provide Business analysis and transactional support to Licensing escalation managers working on executive escalations, CAPs, or any short-term Licensing Projects. The candidate should be proficient in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, creating test plans and driving Business Acceptance testing. The candidate will also be experienced in working with multiple cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

  • Expertise in Software Licensing concepts, Provisioning and fulfillment.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, creating test plans and driving Business Acceptance testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data analysis and generating reports on license consumption.
  • Developing and reporting metrics / KPI related to fulfillment of electronic software orders.
  • Creating a balanced scorecard to measure the effectiveness of the support operations.
  • At least 6 Years of experience in Information Technology with exposure to Data analysis.
  • Coordinate with CSE’s, SE’s, AE’s and Cisco Customers to help them understand, on-board adopt Cisco Licenses.
  • Managing multiple and complex customers, understand the customer priorities and work with them to create a Project Plan. Work with the HTLE team to help customers for Cisco Licensing Tools/Platforms.
  • Prepare reports/presentations for senior management, variance analysis (consumption reports across CSSM and On Prem) and recommendations on best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to various processes, enhancements, validations, and other key aspects as per business needs.
  • Competent in Agile Execution Process.
  • Good Analytical and communication skills.
  • Ensure compliance with processes set by clients.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89,004 to $ 115,491.
