| Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP Basis Consultant. As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications Candidate can be located anywhere in the US. This position will require travel to project locations. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience in complex SAP environments. At least 2 years of full lifecycle S/4HANA migration or conversion projects completed. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology. Strong experience with SAP HANA DB administration, sizing, and performance tuning. At least 4 years of experience in knowledge with SAP ECC, GRC, Solution manager both ABAP and Net weaver Java Stack systems with SQL, Max DB, HANA Databases. At least 4 years of experience in performance matrix and troubleshooting requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting. Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities and decommissioning of systems during the upgrades and Migrations. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, as the role may involve combination of regular shifts and off shift support needs as they arise. In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes Knowledge of Transport Management concepts and processes The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
