SHORT DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for new and existing applications. The role involves manual device testing and cross-regional validation efforts to ensure high-quality product delivery across platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and refine test cases for new and existing applications.

• Perform manual device testing, including functional, regression, performance, and stability tests.

• Conduct cross-regional testing for region-restricted applications.

• Maintain systematic test cases and technical documentation.

• Identify, reproduce, and log defects; manage the full bug lifecycle and coordinate with developers.

• Verify bug fixes after release to ensure issues are fully resolved.

• Design test scenarios based on application functions and user behavior, and review test scope with the team.

• Plan and execute tests for platform/OS updates to ensure compatibility.

• Support automation efforts and maintain an automation dashboard for testing visibility.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing (manual).

• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

• Basic understanding of automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python preferred).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
