Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Process Improvement

• Assess current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Recommend solutions that align with organizational objectives and drive efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a trusted liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.

Project Support

• Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Technical Skills

• Tools & Platforms: Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, Azure Cloud
• Expertise: Data Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization
