Your role

In the role of Technology Analyst, you will act as a primary developer for applications. You will eventually conduct requirement analysis, define the activities and modules to develop and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Required
The responsibilities will include:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Control-M/Enterprise Manager, Control-M/Server, and Control-M/Agent components.
  • Create, modify, and manage batch job definitions, calendars, and scheduling rules.
  • Implement job dependencies, conditions, and alerts for complex workflows.
  • Manage Control-M Workload Automation across distributed systems
  • Assist application development and support teams
  • Update team documentation
  • Provide 7x24 on-call support in a roster basis
  • Support Weekend tasks in a roster basis

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
      • Proven experience in Control-M administration in large-scale, regulated environments.
      • Strong knowledge of Control-M architecture, job scheduling, and workload automation.
      • Experience with Control-M Automation API, scripting (Shell, Python), and integration with DevOps tools.
      • Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and audit readiness.
      • Good understanding of batch processing in banking applications (payments, end-of-day, reconciliation).
      • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
      • Strong communication skills to interact with diverse user groups from application developer, application support team, project managers, and other domains expertise, both written and verbal in English

Preferred
      • BMC Certified Control-M Administrator
      • Good understanding of ITIL practices and experience working in regulated environments (banking/finance preferred).
      • Experience with incident resolution and root cause analysis for major incidents and outages.
      • Service Now experience and/or with any other ticketing management application.
      • Experience with incident+ request management, change management including CAB representation
      • French is a plus.
